Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic and one of the most beautiful cities of Europe. It is a multicultural city where there are many monuments. For this reason, it is visited by crowds of tourists each year. What to see in Prague?

At the beginning it is worth mentioning the Charles Bridge connecting the Old Town with the district of Mala Strana. This monumental Gothic building is 516 m long and approx. 9.50 m wide. There are 30 sculptures of saints and patrons on its balustrades.

The entrance to the Old Town guards the most beautiful gothic gate of Europe, that is the Old Town Bridge Tower from the fourteenth century. The object is decorated with emblems of the lands of the Czech Crown and figures of Saint. Wit, Charles IV, Wenceslas IV, Saint. Wojciech and Saint. Zygmunt. After crossing the gate, the tourist will go to the Old Town Square, where he will see the stately Old Town Hall with the clock.

Particularly noteworthy is Klementinum, the former Jesuit college and the second – after the Prague Castle – the largest building in the Czech capital. Inside there is the Church of Saint. Klemensa with a beautiful baroque interior, the Church of St. Salvator and the Italian Chapel of the Assumption, which is the oldest part of the college.
